152 Objection or appeal does not affect valuation
(1)
This section applies if a valuation is objected to or an appeal is made against an objection decision concerning a valuation.
(2)
The making of the objection or appeal does not affect or interfere with the valuation or any purpose to which it may be put as mentioned in section 6.
(3)
The valuation can not be stayed in any proceeding.
(4)
Subsection (3) applies despite the Land Court Act 2000.
