184 Exchange of information
The valuer-general may give unprotected valuation roll information to—
(a)
a department of the Commonwealth, in the way, to the extent and on the terms agreed between the governments of the State and the Commonwealth; or
(b)
a department of the State under arrangements between the department and the valuer-general.
