194 Cancellation grounds
Each of the following is a ground to cancel a suppression direction—
(a)
the direction was obtained on the basis of incorrect or misleading information;
(b)
the direction is no longer required because the grounds for the direction, as mentioned in section 188(2), no longer exist.
