Chapter 7Provisions about the valuer-general
Part 1Establishment and appointment
205 Establishment
(1)
The Office of Valuer-General is established.
(2)
Subject to sections 206 and 211, the valuer-general is to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 as if the valuer-general were a senior executive.
(3)
However, despite the Public Sector Act 2022, the valuer-general can be dismissed only by the Governor in Council.
