217 Appointment conditions and limit on powers

(1)

An authorised person holds office on any conditions stated in—

(a)

the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or

(b)

a signed notice given to the authorised person; or

(c)

a regulation.

(2)

The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the authorised person or a regulation may limit the authorised person’s powers.

(3)

In this section—

signed notice means a notice signed by the valuer-general.
