Operation and application of pt 3

In force

(1)

This part continues in effect the operation of the repealed Valuation Act for particular purposes (the saved former provisions).

(2)

This part—

(a)

applies despite the repeal of the repealed Valuation Act; and

(b)

does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 20A; and

(c)

is subject to part 4.

(3)

While the saved former provisions continue in force for a matter, this Act does not apply to the matter.
