303 Application of ch 10, pt 3
(1)
From the commencement, chapter 10, part 3 ceases to have any effect other than to the extent provided under subsection (2).
(2)
Chapter 10, part 3 continues to apply in relation to a relevant proceeding that, before the commencement, was started but not finally dealt with.
(3)
This section applies despite the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, sections 20 and 20A.
(4)
In this section—
relevant proceeding means a proceeding relating to a decision of the valuer-general about a saved valuation.
