62 Part of area subleased from particular governmental entities
(1)
This section applies if the designated area is leased—
(a)
from the State by—
(i)
a department or an entity representing the State; or
(ii)
a local government; or
(b)
by a GOC or rail government entity from—
(i)
the State; or
(ii)
a lessee of the State.
(2)
There must be separate valuations for each part of the designated area subleased to someone else.
