71 Sanctuary Cove Resort site
(1)
The valuer-general may value the land consisting of the following parts of the site as if each part were a single lot—
(a)
the lots on a building unit plan;
(b)
the lots on a group titles plan;
(c)
the lot or lots comprising a primary or secondary thoroughfare;
(d)
the lot or lots within a zone.
(2)
Terms mentioned in subsection (1) and not defined under this Act have the same meanings they have under the Sanctuary Cove Act.
