Land Valuation Act 2010

Unprotected valuation roll information must be available for public inspection, without fee, as follows—

if it is made available at a local government’s office—when that office is open for the transaction of public business;

if it is made available at another place—at the times stated in the public notice.

The information must be made available for at least 60 days from the day stated for that purpose under a public notice under section 78(1).
