a committal proceeding for an indictable offence punishable on conviction by imprisonment of more than 14 years; or

a criminal proceeding before a court mentioned in subparagraph (i) or (ii) that Legal Aid decides; or

another proceeding, other than a civil proceeding, that the board decides.
