269 Restriction on appointment of associates as external examiner
(1)
The law society may appoint an associate of a law practice as an external examiner under this division only if satisfied it is appropriate to do so.
(2)
However, an associate of a law practice can not be appointed as an external examiner under this division to examine the practice’s trust records.
