460 Interlocutory and interim orders
(1)
A disciplinary body may make an interlocutory or interim order as it considers appropriate before making its final decision about a discipline application.
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an order under section 456 or 474 may be made as an interlocutory or interim order.
