469 Application to tribunal for review of committee’s decision
(1)
A party dissatisfied with a final decision of the committee about a discipline application may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to the tribunal for a review of the decision.
(2)
In the proceeding before QCAT for the review—
(a)
the committee is not a party; and
(b)
the commissioner is a party.
