539 Obstruction of external intervener
(1)
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct an external intervener exercising a power under this Act.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2)
In this section—
obstruct includes hinder, delay, resist and attempt to obstruct.
