673 Minutes
(1)
The board must keep—
(a)
minutes of its meetings; and
(b)
a record of any resolutions made under section 672(6).
(2)
Subsection (3) applies if a resolution is passed at a board meeting by a majority of the members present.
(3)
If asked by a member who voted against the passing of the resolution, the board must record in the minutes of the meeting that the member voted against the resolution.
