93 Operation of pt 2.5
(1)
Nothing in this part authorises the board to seek a suitability report about—
(a)
an applicant for the grant or renewal of a local practising certificate; or
(b)
the holder of a local practising certificate.
(2)
Nothing in this part authorises a relevant authority to seek a suitability report about an applicant for admission.
