17 Delegation by State librarian
(1)
The State librarian may delegate the librarian’s functions (including a function delegated to the librarian by the board) to—
(a)
an appropriately qualified employee of a department or another government entity performing work for the board under a work performance arrangement; or
(b)
an appropriately qualified employee of the board.
(2)
Subsection (1) has effect subject to any directions by the board.
(3)
In this section—function includes power.
