82 Board’s seal
(1)
The board’s seal is to be kept in the custody directed by the board and may be used only as authorised by the board.
(2)
The attaching of the seal to a document must be witnessed by—
(a)
2 or more members; or
(b)
at least 1 member and the State librarian; or
(c)
a member or the State librarian, and 1 or more other persons authorised by the board.
