59 Giving registration information
(1)
This section applies to a person who is a fuel seller on the day (the commencement day) this section commences.
(2)
The fuel seller must give the fuel seller’s registration information, in the approved form, to the chief executive within 1 month after the commencement day, unless the fuel seller has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
