Only licensees and permittees eligible for grant of adult entertainment permit

In force

(1)

A person is eligible to apply for, or to be granted, an adult entertainment permit only if the person is a licensee or the holder of a community liquor permit or restricted liquor permit.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not limit another requirement about who may apply for, or the grant of, an adult entertainment permit under part 5.
