142U Applying for renewal
(1)
A person may apply to the commissioner for renewal of the person’s approval as an approved manager.
(2)
The application may only be made at least 2 months, but not more than 4 months, before the last day of the period of the approval.
(3)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(4)
The applicant also must provide any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application.
