142ZX Purposes of div 1AA
This division imposes obligations on licensees and permittees for the purposes of—
(a)
maintaining a safe environment for patrons and staff of the relevant premises; and
(b)
ensuring liquor is served, supplied and promoted in a way that is compatible with minimising harm to anyone; and
(c)
preserving the amenity of the area in which the relevant premises are located.
