150 Notification of change in controlling interest in licensee
A licensee that is a corporation must give to the commissioner written notice of every change in the beneficial ownership of the controlling interest in the corporation, within 14 days after the change.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
The holder of a commercial special facility licence, that is the subject of an approval by the commissioner as mentioned in section 153(3), must give the commissioner written notice of the following changes within 14 days after the change—
a change in the letting or subletting of part of the licensed premises;
a change in the letting or subletting of the right to sell liquor;
a change in the franchise or management agreement for part of the licensed premises;
a change in the beneficial ownership of the controlling interest in any lessee, sublessee, franchisee or holder of management rights, under the commissioner’s approval.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—100 penalty units.
