If the commissioner decides to grant the exemption, the commissioner must give the licensee a notice (an exemption notice) under this section.

The exemption takes effect on the day stated in the exemption notice.

The exemption notice must also state—

if the exemption is granted for a part of the premises—the part of the premises to which the exemption relates; and

the type or types of rapid intoxication drinks to which the exemption relates; and

if the exemption is granted for a part of the restricted period—the part of the period; and

any other requirements the commissioner considers necessary—

to remain satisfied of a matter mentioned in section 155AK(1)(a) to (d); and

relating to a matter mentioned in section 155AK(2).
