161 Consumption or removal of liquor outside trading hours
A person must not—
(a)
consume liquor on premises to which a licence or permit relates; or
(b)
remove liquor from premises to which a licence or permit relates; or
(c)
receive liquor from anyone on premises to which a licence or permit relates;
at any time other than a time when liquor may be sold to, or consumed by, the person on the premises, or be removed from the premises by the person, under authority of the licence or permit.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
