295 Risk-assessed management plan conditions
(1)
Subsection (2) applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held under the pre-amended Act—
(a)
a licence; or
(b)
restricted club permit granted for a period of less than 1 year.
(2)
Section 54 does not apply to the person in relation to the licence or permit.
(3)
Subsection (4) applies to an application under the pre-amended Act for a licence, or restricted club permit for a period of less than 1 year, that has not been decided before the commencement.
(4)
If the chief executive grants the application, section 54 does not apply to the licence or permit holder in relation to the licence or permit.
