299 Definitions for div 11
In this division—licence means any of the following but does not include a licence for premises in a restricted area—
(a)
a commercial hotel licence;
(b)
a subsidiary on-premises licence if the principal activity of a business conducted under the licence is the provision of entertainment on the licensed premises;
(c)
a community club licence.
licensee means a person who holds 1 or more of the following licences—
(a)
a commercial hotel licence;
(b)
a subsidiary on-premises licence if the principal activity of a business conducted under the licence is the provision of entertainment on the licensed premises;
(c)
a community club licence.
