Subdivision 1Extended trading hours applications and existing extended trading hours approvals
338A Minister must review
(1)
The Minister must, as soon as practicable after 1 July 2018, arrange for an independent review of the operation and effectiveness of the relevant provisions.
(2)
As soon as practicable after the review is completed, the Minister must table a report about its outcome in the Legislative Assembly.
(3)
In this section—relevant provisions means the following provisions, as inserted or amended by the Tackling Alcohol-Fuelled Violence Legislation Amendment Act 2016—
(a)
section 86;
(b)
part 6, division 1B;
(c)
part 12, division 17, subdivision 1.
