350 Current applications and legal proceedings relating to extended hours permits
(1)
An application under this Act for an extended hours permit made, but not decided, before the commencement must be decided under this Act as in force from the commencement.
(2)
Part 4A, division 4, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply for the purpose of a legal proceeding started under this Act but not decided before the commencement.
