51 Approval of plan or revised plan
If the commissioner grants the application—
(a)
the commissioner is taken to have approved the risk-assessed management plan or revised risk-assessed management plan; and
(b)
the commissioner must endorse the plan or revised plan with the commissioner’s written approval and give the endorsed plan to the licensee who made the application.
