(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a provision of this chapter refers to the exercise of a power by an investigator; and
(b)
there is no reference to a specific power.
(2)
The reference is to the exercise of all or any investigators’ powers under this part or a warrant, to the extent the powers are relevant.
