175A Responsibilities of councillors during leave of absence
(1)
This section applies if a local government grants a councillor a leave of absence for 1 or more ordinary meetings of the local government.
(2)
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the councillor may perform any responsibility under section 12 during the councillor’s leave of absence.
