310 Existing remedial notice
(1)
This section applies to a remedial notice—
(a)
given under former section 138AA; and
(b)
requiring an owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act.
(2)
The remedial notice continues to have effect as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed.
