314 Existing membership and entitlements
(1)
The amendment of this Act by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 does not affect—
(a)
the membership of a current member; or
(b)
any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement.
(2)
In this section—
current member means a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of LGIAsuper.
