353 Declarations about persons who made complaints before commencement
(1)
For a declaration under new section 150AWA that a person is a vexatious complainant, the assessor may, for section 150AWA(2)(b), consider a complaint made by the person before the commencement.
(2)
However, a declaration can not be made for a person solely in relation to complaints made by the person before the commencement.
