96 Regulations for rates and charges
A regulation may provide for any matter connected with rates and charges, including for example—
(a)
concessions; and
(b)
the categorisation of land for rates and charges; and
(c)
the process for recovering overdue rates and charges, including by the sale of the land to which the rates and charges relate.
