218 When other persons may apply for review
(1)
Within 28 days after receiving a notice under section 132AA(4)(b), a person may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to the tribunal for a review of the decision under section 132AA(4)(a).
(2)
The owner of a thing seized by an inspector may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to the tribunal for a review of a decision of an inspector under section 176 to forfeit the thing.
