The area bounded by a line commencing at the point of 24°52.680' south, 152°47.700' east then running progressively—
east along the parallel of latitude 24°52.680' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 152°48.420' east; and
south along the meridian of longitude 152°48.420' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 24°53.280' south; and
west along the parallel of latitude 24°53.280' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 152°47.700' east; and
north along the meridian of longitude 152°47.700' east to the point of commencement.
