60 Restrictions on using Platypus Bay area
(1)
A person must not do either of the following in the Platypus Bay area, unless the person has a reasonable excuse—
(a)
navigate a vessel for a motorised water sport;
(b)
take off, or land, in an aircraft.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1)(a) does not apply to a commercial fisher taking fish for trade or commerce.
