21 References to the State or MSQ in documents
(1)
A reference to the State or MSQ in a document about a transferred employee may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the new employer for the transferred employee.
(2)
A reference to the State or MSQ in a document relating to the transfer of a pilotage service from MSQ to a port authority may, if the context permits, be taken to be a reference to the port authority.
(3)
In this section—
port authority includes Gladstone ports entity.
