141 Power to enter place to check compliance with compliance notice or recall order
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a compliance notice has been given to a person or a recall order has been given to a responsible person; and
(b)
the person practises a profession or performs functions at a place that is the subject of a matter mentioned in the notice or order.
(2)
An inspector may, at reasonable times, enter the place to check whether the compliance notice or recall order has been complied with.
