211 Offences against this Act
(1)
A proceeding for an offence against this Act is to be heard and decided summarily.
(2)
A proceeding for the offence must start within the later of the following periods to end—
(a)
1 year after the offence was allegedly committed;
(b)
6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence was allegedly committed.
