Meaning of supply a regulated substance

(1)

Supply, a regulated substance, means sell or give the substance to a person.

Note—

(2)

However, supply, a regulated substance, does not include—

(a)

if the substance is a medicine—administer the substance; or

(b)

if the substance is a poison—apply the substance; or

(c)

dispose of waste from the substance.
