273 Analysis by State analysts
(1)
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act—
(a)
was undertaking analysis of a thing, whether the analysis was under the Health Act, Pest Management Act or another Act; and
(b)
the State analyst had not completed the analysis or a certificate for the analysis.
(2)
A State analyst under this Act may continue to analyse the thing and give a certificate of analysis for the thing.
(3)
The Health Act continues to apply to the analysis as if this Act had not commenced.
