279 State analysts
(1)
This section applies to a person who held office as a State analyst under the Health Act or Pest Management Act immediately before the commencement.
(2)
The person is taken to hold office as a State analyst under this Act on the conditions, if any, stated in the person’s instrument of appointment.
(3)
This section stops applying to the person on the day that is 6 months after the commencement.
