33 Offence to manufacture medicines or hazardous poisons
A person must not manufacture a medicine or hazardous poison unless the person—
(a)
manufactures the medicine or poison in the authorised way; or
(b)
has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—750 penalty units.
