80 Notice about decision
(1)
If the chief executive decides to grant the amendment application, the chief executive must give the applicant a notice stating—
(a)
the amendment for the substance authority; and
(b)
the day the decision takes effect.
(2)
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the amendment application, the chief executive must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
