136EA Rejection of tender if tenderer disqualified
(1)
The Minister must reject a tender for an exploration permit for coal if the Minister decides the tenderer is disqualified under the Common Provisions Act, chapter 7 from being granted the permit.
(2)
On rejection of the tender, the Minister must give the tenderer a notice about the decision.
