147D When term of renewed or extended permit starts
(1)
If an exploration permit is renewed or extended before its expiry day ends, the term of the renewed or extended permit starts on the day after the expiry day.
(2)
If the permit is renewed or extended after the expiry day, the term of the renewed or extended permit is taken to have started on the day after the expiry day.
